Terms and Condition

14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Maryam_aroma2015@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted,We will send you details of where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customer to cover the return postage charge.
If you are returning an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In some cases, we will not require you to send the items back to us and a full refund will be issued, however, in the case of products being faulty but not damaged- for example, if you believe you have been sent the wrong fragrance/Scent - we may ask you to return the item to us to be assessed. If this is the case, a returns label will be issued to you and a replacement product or refund may be granted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and image of the product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately due to the nature of Wax Melts they may on rare occasions arrive slightly broken/damaged, depsite us taking every care while packaging, unfortunately in these instances we won't be able to offer a refund on any broken/damages Wax Melts.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
