Terms and Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Maryam_aroma2015@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted,We will send you details of where to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for return postage cost.

If you are returning an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In some cases, we may not require the item to be returned,and a full refund will be issued, However, if a product is faulty but not damaged- for example, if you believe you were sent the wrong fragrance ,we may ask for the item to be  returned for assessment.In this case,a return label will be provided,and a replacement or refund may be issued.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.Please include your order number and clear images of the product so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of wax melts, they may occasionally arrive slightly broken or damaged. Despite taking every care during packaging, we are unable to offer refunds for minor breakages or cosmetic damage to wax melts.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return,we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
